  16. Great fun-filled poem! Really enjoyed it.

  17. My mom was chased around the park by a goose when she was pregnant with me, so I was born into this world already wary of geese. This sure was welcoming, though :) Fun poem.

I loved the action and energy of your poem–but I admit I do wonder how your love got the name Grey Goose! Or are you the Grey Goose?

  24. Anything goes well with grey goose. A pretty punch of energy and engaging prose!

  25. This made me smile….
    Happy valentines day to you!

  26. Lovely and just love the goose too… :)

  27. Fun, lovely Valentine’s poem, Laurie. Behind me right now, a couple of mallards are looking for a place to build their next. :0)

  28. Such unbridled joy in so few words. A perfect Valentine!

  29. Really nice. The picture and caption at the end made me laugh.

  30. We all have someone special…

  31. How fun – the verses and the inspiration for them. Enjoy your Valentine’s Day Laurie!

  32. Fun and lighthearted……. a gentle reminder. Happy Valentines Day Darling. :)

  33. Wouldn’t it be cool if Hallmark hired real poets to express themselves on cards? Like sending poets to war zones in order to find out the truth of it, sending poets in daisy chain love moments always pays off.

  34. I chuckled at the caption. Well written. Enjoy your day :)

  35. nice Laurie. Funny with the caption, when I saw the title, the vodka, I think that’s what Grey Goose is, was the first thing to pop into mind. Nicely done. Thanks

  36. Laurie, this was written by a heart full of love. Of course, from my piano bar days, I had to laugh at the caption of the pic of the goose! Love, Amy
